Nuts

What Is a Nuts?

A nut is a type of fastener with a threaded hole. Nuts are nearly always used in combination with a mating bolt to fasten multiple parts collected. Square nuts, as well as bolt heads, were the first figure made and used to be the most mutual mainly because they were much easier to manufacture, especially by hand.

  • ☆ Nuts are graded with strength ratings compatible with their respective bolts.
  • ☆ These Nuts fasteners are widely valued in the market for their high strength and superior finishing qualities.
  • ☆ Where a Nut is used to tighten the grip between the flange and such product where bolt is used.

    • ☆ Plain Finish Nuts: No Coating.
    • ☆ Zinc Plated Nuts: Coated with Zinc.
    • ☆ Zinc and Chromate Nuts: Silvery and offers resistant to corrosion.
    • ☆ Zinc and Yellow Chromate Nuts: Offers better resistant to corrosion.
    • ☆ Hot Dipped Galvanized (HDG) Nuts: Offers superior resistant to corrosion due to the dipping of Nuts in the molten zinc.
    • ☆ PTFE have enormously low co-efficient of friction, good chemical resistance and medium to fair abrasion resistance.
    • ☆ PTFE is suitable as a dry lubricant with low co-efficient of friction.
